What Causes Ring Worm Patches With Severe Itching All Over The Body?

I m suffering from a skin infection from past few days ... it looks like ringworm & severe itching is the main problem and the spots are something i wanna get rid of as soon as psbl.. please prescribe somethhing really effective.. i m posting a pic too ...

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the skin infection then condition need to be confirm first you have not mentioned the site of lesion here, you have given very limited history, still better to apply Povidone Iodine ointment hope this information helps.
