What Causes Ringing And Plugged Ears?

Ok, hello doctor. My name s Devon and for almost a couple of week s now I ve been experiencing a odd ringing in my ear now and it won t go away, also accompanied with a feeling of my ear s being plugged up whenever I listen to music although I don t listen to it on a very deafening volume. When I remove them however. I know my hearing isn t normal because of the pressure in my ears are high and I cannot hear very clearly.
