What Causes Ringing Ears With Heart Palpitations And Headache?

My ears are ringing, my legs are wobbling and feel like they re going to give out, I m having heart palpitations, and I m feeling a little dizzy and have a headache. What is wrong? I tried drinking orange juice, eating chocolate, taking ibuprofen, and some other things. What can I do?

Hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Regarding to your symptoms it could be that you have high blood pressure. You didn't mention your age, but according to the symptoms this is the most likely reason. My suggestion is to visit your GP and test your blood pressure. High blood pressure is a so called silent killer and it is better to get proper medication on time than to develop complications.
