What Causes Ringing In Ear After A Fall?

I fell on the ice and hit my head 2 weeks ago. I was examined by an EMT and a mild concussion was diagnosed. I have a continuous ringing in my right ear since the fall. It has not lessened and I am getting concerned. Should I make an appointment with my doctor?
