What Causes Ringing In Ear Along With Headache?

Ringing in ears but only at night or when quite headache on and off for a few weeks 4 years ago u had a valve go into spasm in my heart caused a mild heart attack not on any medication theve given me the all clear now still unknown cause bad car accident 3 years ago rolled a flipped knock unconscious other then that am healthy 24 year old mum of one please help I suffer with back pain and my necks stiff but presumed it s from the headaches and back from been a mum am I dying I feel awful
