What Causes Ringing In Ear With Breathing Difficulty,nausea And Blurred Vision?

I have constant buzzing/ringing in my ear. Also moderate dizziness which comes and goes with sleep/waking hours. I also endure some neck discomfort, difficulty in breathing, nausea and blurred vision at times. I want to think its Bppv but its constant while I'm awake and for days. Presently, its engulfed me for 24hrs minus sleep time. When I sit up, in bed, it relaxes to a tolerable level.

your symptoms are unlikely to be due to BPPV, rather there maybe something more serious!
please meet your neurologist as soon as you can for proper examination!
