What Causes Ringing In Ears Along With Headaches And Dizziness?
i ve had a slight ringing in my ear, with a little blocakage. I also have a headache with dizziness in the front of my forehead. I went to an urgent care ctr, and they cleaned my ears, gave me some eardrops, and also told me to take an antihistamine for a few days as I could have sinus problems associated with my ear. I did that for a couple of days, and started to feel relief. Yesterday, I actually felt pretty good, but today, I felt miserable again. I m not sure what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI SCAN of ear and cervical column, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.
You can be advised to wear neck support straps and medical therapy with Betahistine. In case of infection antibiotics can be advised. Vestibular rehabilitation can also be advised. Avoid sudden jerky neck movements and take sufficient rest.
Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks and regards, Dr. Honey Nandwani Arora
