What Causes Ringing In Ears Along With Tightness In Arm?

Ive been having facial aches ringing in my ears left arm tightness and burning feelings also mildly in my left chest uder my armpit and in my back on the left side ive been to the ER multiple times and had ekg and blood work xrays and ct scan all came back good is there any idea of what the problem could be?! It affects me on and off every day!

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have ringing in ears along with tightness in arm. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , diabetes, type 2 , cervical problem or TMJ problem . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan along with examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe sedatives , supplement like ginkgo biloba along with cleansing of ear . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for muscle and bone problem or dentist for TMJ problem . For now take proper rest , do mind relaxing exercises and apply warm compresses to arm .
