What Causes Ringing In Ears?
I really don t know how to explain my problem. My left ear has been having issues for a couple months. It died not hurt it just is an anoyance. It is like ringing but enstead of the ring I hear (what sounds to me) my own heart beat. At times it is so loud that it is affecting my hearing. Is there anything I can do. It is hard to concentrate on my normal life activities. It all started while I was deployed to Iraq.

It could be a tinnitus. As a first line management you can take drugs like Betahistine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult ENT specialist and get evaluated.
