What Causes Ringing In The Ears Accompanied By Dizziness And Hearing Loss?

My husband has had ringing in one ear for 3 days now. Yesterday it was both and he would feel light headed/dizzy and and having a little bit of hearing loss. Today it s worst and his hearing is also worst then yesterday. What is happen with my Husband s ears?

Hello,

It could be due to vertigo. As a first line management, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
