What Causes Ringing In The Ears And High Cholesterol Level?
I find myself getting more irritable toward my husband, he is a talker, and sometimes this gets on my nerves. A friend recommended Phosphatidyls Erine DMAE complex with soy Phosphatides. Alzheimer s is prevalen on both sides of my family(close family members have died from the disease}. Also I have developed ringing in my ears about a year ago, had a hearing test which was normal, and due another this month. My question is could this supplement be helpful? I take no meds at present, but will start taking a statin drug because of high Cholesterol.
You are having tinnitus (ringing sensations in the ear). Most of the times, it's cause is not identified. Hence no specific treatment is offered except reassurance. High cholesterol is mostly due to obesity, lack of exercise and poor dietary habits.
So avoid junk food. Avoid oily and spicy food. Do regular aerobic exercise like running, cycling and swimming. Try to loose weight and stay fit. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar,
Pulmonologist
