What Causes Ringing In The Ears, Sleep Deprivation And Depression?

I have been suffering from ringing in both ears for about a month. I have terrible sleep deprivation,which is chronic and somewhat situational. Also depression. Have not been eating Plus had serious dental work done about a month ago. Could any of this mess cause the ringing?
