What Causes Ringing In The Right Ear?
The other day, I was laying in bed and my right here went co.pletely numb and started ringing to the point I couldn t hear anything out of that ear other than the ringing, it subsided after about 15 seconds but it kind of freaked me out, I ve dealt with tinnitus before but that was insane. Could this just be a more serious case of tinnitus, or also have anything to do with congestion?

As you already having tinnitus problem, so this more or less looks same. But at the same time, I want to ask your age, any other associated symptoms, whether associated with head rotation or else.
Are you suffering from migraine attacks? If yes, then go to ENT specialist and rule out other possible things. You can try tablet Vertin and tablet Spinfree after consultation.
