What Causes Ringing Sensation In The Ear?
my left ear has ben ringing for 4 months. its a high pich sound 24hours a day, i m always out of breath, when this happened I was in the gym a few times a week lifting heavy weight, I went on vacation to turk and cacois and a week or two when I got back it started, my face feels stressed and my nerves feel real messed up, I don t feel like i m the same person,

Your symptoms seem to be related to tinnitus. There are many possible causes of tinnitus such as stress, Meniere disease etc. I suggest using Betahistine hydrochloride to relieve the tinnitus. I recommend to avoid noisy places and stress or anxiety.
