What Causes Ringing Sensation In The Ears?

I STARTED TO NOTICE THAT MY EAR IS ACTUALLY RINGING. ESPECIALLY DURING NIGHT AND SILENT. WHEN I CLIMB A LADDER TO FIX BULB, MY LEFT EAR RINGING SO HIGH AND I HAVE TO CLIMB DOWN AND THE HIGH PITH SLOW DOWN AFTER A FEW MINUTES. DO I HAVE A TINNITUS? WHAT TYPE OF TINNITUS IS IT?

According to your complain you have problem of tinnitus that may be because of ear infection or ear damage. Some medicine side effects is tinnitus.
For tinnitus most common cause ear related.
Alcohol ,smoking, caffeine, stress may aggravate a condition. Meniere's disease affect inner part of ear.

Otoscopy examination is helpful for further diagnosis. Consent a ENT specialist for further diagnosis.
