Hi thanks for asking question. The blood pressure here is very high. It is not relieving by oral drug.So intravenous antihypertensive needed like sodium nitroprusside. If such severe hypertension not treated then multiple organ damage can occur. If slurred speech also present with difficult walk then stroke like condition has to be ruled out.CT scan useful for it. After controlling this acute attack regularly antihypertensive medication taken along with antiplatelet drug for replaced valve. Take low salt diet. Regular exercise done Reduce weight if overweight Avoid smoking Green leafy veg useful. I hope you will recover well. Take care
