What Causes Rise In Heart Rate Along With Eye Floaters And Dizziness?

Hello,I am a 54 year old school teacher with RA and uvitis (in my right eye) but am otherwise healthy with normally low blood pressure. At school today I had a blood pressure spike (but I don t remember the numbers), a jagged vibrating light on the left side of my vision and dizziness. The symptoms went away within a few hours but am curious if I should be worried about this.

RA and uveitis can involve posterior chamber involving vitreous and retina.with your age and complain it is suggested that exclude diabetes and hypertension. for tachycardia take ECG and consult cardiologist. for Ra involvement of heart is a probability. for fund us indirect opthalmoscopy is to be done to take wider field and exclude hole tear or peripheral detachment. if all are ruled out it can be repeated after 6 months.
