What Causes Rise In Serum Creatinine Levels?

My age is 47. I am diabetic patitent. May I now the reason for increase of Serium creatine from 1 to 1.3, I am using Ram cor5 Mg in the morning and Olmessor -20 mgin night .Dibaetic is under full control. it is fasting-70 and post lunch- 85, and HbA1c is 4.9 B.P is 100/60

dibetic nephropathy is one of the late complication of Uncontroled DM, the is due to the injury in the renal parenchyma . please talk to your endocrinologist or/ nephrologist .
