What Causes Rocking Movement When Sitting Down?
sir, i m 27 years old and my problem is that when i sit somewhere else my upper part of the body rocks backward and forward and when i m in tension the rocking movement increases and it happens as my heart beats. sir what can i do now please suggest me. thank you in advance. amit

This is the right time to visit a Neurologist and a cardiologist , get all the relevant tests to find the cause.
