What Causes Roller Dirt In My Vagina?

Hi doc,I Have noticed something strange and this has been going on for almost 3 months now.I have noticed rolled dirt in my vagina everytime I wipe it and it becomes itchy too at times after wiping and urination.I am not sexually active and I am a very clean person.What is the cause of this and what can I do?Please help!
