What Causes Rough Bumpy Skin On Labia Minora And Sensitive Vaginal Skin?

After checking myself in the mirror tonight I noticed a row of bumpy skin on the right side of my labia minora. I don t think I have HPV. I have been married for three years. There are times where my skin tears during intercourse, and I am wondering if the bumps play a roll in it? Thanks in advance.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection or dryness. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area. You can use just warm water for this. Using intimate wash daily is also good. Using anti fungal creams like Miconazole or terbinafine (lamisil) will be helpful to clear fungal infection. These are available as over the counter. Avoid tighter underwear and use loose and cotton ones.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
