What Causes Rough Textured Patches All Over The Body?

Hi I m getting really random small patches of skin on my body that look/feel like a burn but they have had no way of being actually burned at all, they ve just appeared there. The texture is a really rough, almost sandpaper like feel, that stings when you touch it. It is a darkend brownish-purple-redish tone in color and I am not sure what these are but they are painful and I d like an appropriate step foward to take regarding this issue.

Hi,

It will be better if you attach a picture of the lesion for better evaluation.

As per your description it seems like a simple eczema.

As a first line management, you apply Calamine lotion or alovera lotion.
