What Causes Round Blister On The Penis Head?

Hi doc I woke up about a week ago with a round blister like spot on the head of penis. Probably 0.5 cm It has started forming a little hard skin on the top of the blister. I feel like it might be from all the friction from my underwear. It still looks a little bit raised but no redness around it. Its not painful or irritated at all. I have been tested for syphilis and hepres and it was negative ? What could it possibly be?

You should get physically evaluated by an urologist. It can be molluscum contagious also but you should get examined first.
