What Causes Round,black And Hard Growth Of 1/4 Between Knuckles?
my 28 year old son has a 1/4 round, hard, black something on his hand between the first and second knuckles. I thought it was a wart at first but recently it turned a dark purple-blue black. doesn t hurt to use his hand but it is pain when touched directly.

As per your case history we need to ask whether it bleeds? is there any history of trauma? Is it the first time it appeared?
It may be either pyogenic granuloma or wart.
So it is better to consult a dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment. Until then you can apply fusidic acid cream twice daily.
