What Causes Rumbling Abdominal Noise While Treating Irregular Periods?

I have had a few irregular menstrual cycles with some excessively strong cramps and then on and off bleeding that last about 9 days, contacted my GYN dr who had me get a pelvic sonogram and haven t received the results yet. My period did end about 3-4 days ago however I still seem to get these gurgling type noises in my stomach like you get when you are hungry not sure if I have a stomach issue instead of what my GYN would find from the pelvic sonogram

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms given here may not be due to menstrual cycle but it may be due to vague abdomen complaint and it may be due to some colicky pain it may be due to some intestinal infection (If proved ) it can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day hope this information concern.
