What Causes Rumbling In Stomach And Mild Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I have having rumbling in the stomach and sometimes funny noises from lower abdomen. These symptoms started after a bout of diarrhea about 2 months ago. Then they were gone for 3 weeks. Again started.I feel no pain, no diarrhea, except at the start, 2 months ago.I have also noticed that this rumbling starts roughly 2 hours after eating a meal and often has a mild pain in lower abdomen, This pain however goes away in 1 or 2 minutes. I also feel very hungry, like stomach is hollow when these sounds happen. What to do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Your symptoms looks like gastritis. It causes lower abdominal pain which gets relieved by taking some food,in some people it will cause heartburn, nausea and vomitings...etc.
So no need to worry in your case its in initial stage so you can manage by taking non spicy food and plenty of water.
Hope this information helps you.
