Hi,

Firstly, do you have regular bowel movements or is it constipation? If bowel movements are normal then it's not a matter of worry. Take a light diet and take food slowly. Concentrate on your food while eating and don't be busy or eat in front of the TV etc. Don't lie down after eating food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
