What Causes Running Nose Along With Fatigue And Sinus Pressure?

I woke up yesterday with sore/dry tonsils. I sneezed a bunch and felt like my allergies were flaring up. Today I woke up with a runny nose, I feel fatigue and I have tons of sinus pressure and some pain in my face. My eyes are puffy and heavy. Do I have a head cold or really bad allergies?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms are probably due to inflammation in sinuses that can be secondary to cold or allergies leading to Sinusitis

The exact cause can be ruled out with a clinical examination and certain investigations as per suspected cause..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view x ray or MRI scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Do warm compresses around nostrils..
