What Causes Running Nose Along With Mild Fever?

Hi, My baby is 17mnths and weighs 10kg. She is having severely runny nose and constant sneezing with mild fever..i have been suggested Fluwok plus, which has phenylephrine hcl& chlorpheniramine maleate..would you recommend this, if not then what is suitable? Thanks.

can be applied otrivin paediatric nasal drop. crocin syrup can be given to control fever. for any medication consult paediatrician.
