What Causes Runny And Stuffy Nose Along With Crusty Eyes?

Daughter began Thursday with runny and stuffy nose. Yesterday was the same but worse with crusty, goopy eyes. Last night she woke up at midnight with her eyes stuck tight with goop. Then the same again this am. Not sure what it could be...allergies/cold/infection-ear?? Is that a possible reaction to an ear infection?

HI,
It seems that she might be having acute muco-purulant conjunctivitis following upper respiratory tract infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Give her decongestant medicine as well.
Clean the eyes with luke worm water and put antibiotic eye drops 3-4 hourly.
Ok and take care.
