What Causes Runny Nose And Chest Congestion In An Infant?
my baby is 20 months old and since yesterday after her nap, she is dull , drowsy looking , and cranky , she just wants to be on my arm and only in one position , she is not crying all the time not happy or active at all. She slept for 12 hours and got up and throw up and went back to sleep for another 1 1/2 . Not sure what is going on with her . no fever but a runny nose and congested chest for 5 weeks

Please donot take it lightly, the child for sure is not normal and as you have told us that there is chest congestion for last few weeks, you definitely need to consult a paediatrician as soon as possible.
Meanwhile you can give Dabur Honitus or Himalyan Koflet to the child in the dose of 3/4th tsf thrice daily.
Keep the child warm and give her some honey mixed in warm water, but child definitely needs Paediatric checkup for full evaluation and medication.
