What Causes Runny Nose And Pain Below The Neck?

I have a runny nose occasionally and pain just below my neck, some pain in left shoulder, coughing and pain in upper back, i have some pain in joints in hands, i was not well before christmas, i think it was flu and I think i have allergies. please can you tell me what it is. thank you.I plan on going to my doctors for my yearly checkup this month. I am a 51 year old woman.

Hello

from your complaints it looks like that you are running a flu . Please dont worry as it will subside in a 5-6 days , please meet your doctor for the prescription of the medicines , You can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg for the pain and take plenty of fluids and rest.
