What Causes Runny Nose, Dizziness And Headache?
I have horrible sinus related headaches daily and yet my nose is running like crazy. Also after suffering through almost 2 weeks of this I have started becoming dizzy at odd times when rising, or changing head positions. I assume this is do to the severe sinus headaches?

You can use antihistamines such as Benadryl or Cetirizine. Also can use decongestants spry for five days. You can use also corticosteroids if needed.
