What Causes Runny Nose, Shortness Of Breathe And Cough In Children?

hi my two year old daughter cried for few minutes today after that she had a very bad breathing issue or shortness of breathe for say 10 mins and she cried and told it hurts touching her heart. she didnt had any background of breathing or heart problem issues. we went to urgent care the nurse examined her and told everything was normal and she is fine. but Im confused why it happened to her all of a sudden. any advice please. should I do any test to confirm whether she is having some problem. she is having no running nose or cough or cold. please advice

it is allergic rhinitis. chest is to be auscultated by pediatrician. may be heis having asthmatic bronchitis. if so he is to be given broncho dilator and coscopin cough syrup.antihistaminic syrup can be given.
