What Causes Runny Nose, Sore Throat And Watery Blisters On Nose?

My fourteen year old son complained of sore throat for a few days then running nose began but no longer a sore throat. Last night he had a sore like ulcer on his chin, still had it this morning but now has a blister developing on his nose that looks like it has watery like substance. Any idea what illness these symptoms may fit? Not sure if we need to go to the ER tonight or visit his pediatrician at 10 am. Thank you so much for your help.
