I do not know if I have bronchitis, sinus infection, the flu or pneumonia. I have been sick for 5 days with a sore throat, fever, headache, runny nose, stuffed nose, dark yellow mucus in nose, turned greenish this morning, I m tired, upper back ache and chest hurts from coughing hard. No stuff coming up in my cough yet. I don t know how hot I am, I do not have a thermometer. I do have the chills. Breathing is labored and I cough if I inhale too much. I have kidney disease and cirrhosis of the liver and high blood pressure and I cannot take much medicine. I have been drinking lemon and honey for 4 days.
