What Causes Runny Stools And Vomiting In A Kid?

my 20 month old granddaughter has been throwing up, has extreme running stools, she is weak from barely eating or drinking, she has been to the er and to her doctor many times, all test have come back normal, but this child is wasting away, this has been going on for 2 weeks now

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms are self limiting and only matter of concern would be dehydration and this need to be taken care, and second is vomiting, if the symptoms persist then it need to be clinically examined and chances of infection need to be ruled out, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
