Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that due to traumatic
injury there has been injury deep inside the ear and it might have also led to ear drum perforation..
Pain,
tinnitus and needs to equalize the ears are all seen in case of ruptured ear drum..
It is a matter of concern as in case if you have perforated the ear drum there can also be lose of hearing along with tinnitus and other symptoms..
I would therefore suggest you not to delay and consult an Otolaryngologist soon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Otoscopy, x ray, MRI,
Audiometry can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of small perforation antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller and oral and nasal decongestants can help in resolution..
In case of large perforation surgical correction that is Tympnoplasty might be advised..
As of now take
Ibuprofen or
Diclofenac to relieve pain as well as avoid exposure to loud sounds and overexposure of ears to water..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
