Hello,

Usually veins are superficial and they are blue in colour. It is not ruptured. So don't worry about it. If you have any pain or tenderness at the site of vein then get it done scrotal ultrasound. Avoid tight inner-wear, review with reports or consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
