What Causes S Sharp Pain At The Back Of The Head?

This is the first time I woke up with a sharp headache on the back right of my head and it feels like someone is squeezing that area every few minutes. 24 hrs later and it is still going and now its near the front right of my head. I took Ibuprofen and Aleve and both didnt work.
