What Causes Salt Secretion At The Bottom Of Penis?

I noticed a salt like content on the bottom of the penis, it felt like it too, my foreskin started to close my penis. there is still a good opening, but can t pull a foreskin anymore, what this could be. I did a couple of test on it. STD negative, any salt in my urin negative. What else this could be

Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the salt like secretion at the bottom of penis indicates smegma collection. The root cause is excess foreskin with partial phimosis, during which the foreskin can be retracted back but not fully. So the hygiene care is hampered and collection of white semen like curdy content known as smegma gets collected below the distal foreskin region.

It is best recommended to consult your surgeon for best evaluation and guidelines accordingly. As many of the conditions as mentioned above, the circumcision will be of prime concern to cure it for life time.
