I do not use salt on anything, but for the past few days everything I eat or drink tastes salty including coffee. Actually noticed tonight that even though I used mouthwash and cleaned my tongue I am still tasting salt. I am wondering what might cause this?
Hello, There could be two reasons ie either you have dental caries or there is reflux disease. Dental caries cause infection in mouth so regular brushing of teeth is required. Reflux disease means that reflux of food from stomach , which causes foul smell. for that you need to take antireflux medication. In doubt do reply.
