What Causes Scab Like Brown Spot On Lower Eyelid With Facial Paralysis?

Yes thank you! I have facial paralysis and with that I have a dry eye. I use ointment to help with the dryness. Anyway this morning while doing my routine I noticed on the inside of my lower eyelid there is a small light brown rough spot kind of scab like. I thought it was some makeup and tried to wipe it away but it won t wipe away. It s pretty small but it looks like it could have a small hole in the center. It does not hurt. Any thoughts on what it can be?

this can be blepharitis. since you have facial palsy then there will be lagophthalmos. which will cause expo user keratitis. eye drop like refresh eye tear drop and apply neosporine ophthalmic ointment. for blepharitis clean the lid margin with sterile gauge and apply neosporine eye ointment on lid margin repeated cleaning by sterile gauge is required.
