What Causes Scabs On Breast After Cyst Removal?
I have a scab on my right nipple I was able to squeeze it out with no liquid I m 60 years old. It is time for my mammogram. I have had a cyst removed from that breast. Should I be concerned. Have had some pain in that breast for the last couple of weeks. Just found scab tonight.

Scab in the nipple without any obvious secretion can be due to skin crust or crusting of the secretions on the nipples.
If there is no obvious discharge, then there is nothing to worry.
