What Causes Scanty Bleeding With Breast Tenderness?

hi, got married last november. I had my last period nov.19 and never had it by dec 19 and was negative for pregnancy..i consulted a doctor by jan.02 and was given a tablet to induce my period. i consulted again another doctor jan3 coz of blood on when i urinate. it lasted for 3 days..but very scanty, so unusual for my regular flow. now, iam experiencing breast tenderness, is it possible to have another period again?
