What Causes Scanty Ejaculation?
Dr, I am 33 old male and married. My problem is that I dont have satisfactory ejaculation during intercourse when penis is inside vagina. The amount I squirt inside a vagina is limited, just 2-3 squirts. But when ejaculating outside a vagina, it is very good. I ejaculate atleast 8 or more squirts easily and more pleasureful too! The doctor I saw plain shut me down saying there is no difference. But I am the one experiencing, so i am sure . Wanted to get your expert opinion and possibly any remedy. Thank you

Do you planning to have a child.if yes do test for sperm count in semen. then we can guide you. so dont affraid its seems to be normal just do test and reply
