I had unprotected sex and a few days later I got my period for three days and it was really light (I usually get it for 6 and it s heavy) I was using birth control but I only started it a week before. Now I ve been feeling sick, I ve got headaches, I ve been constipated for two days, I ve lost my appetite for heaps of foods and now getting cramps. What does this mean???

Hello,

Your symptoms are not likely to be related to a pregnancy, so you should not be worried.

They can be related to a side effect of the birth control pills which you mentioned in the query that started a week before.

The symptoms will pas gradually as your body get used to the birth control pills.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
