What Causes Scanty Menstrual Bleeding?

Hi Last month l had very scanty periods which lasted for almost 10 days and they came to an end only when I took tragic for 3 days. This month also my periods started scanty but after 3-4 days normal flow started. But my periods are going on for the last 10 days. My doctor suggested me sysron tablet. Please guide about its dosage, for how many days do I need to take that. Can you suggest the cause of this abnormal menstruation

Hello,

I think the scented period may be a sign of infection. The lasting of the period for 10 days is not normal. You need a total check up.

You need an ultrasound and hormone levels because it may be as a result of hormone insufficiency.
