Hi,

Bleeding may start 24 to 48 hours after taking the drug. In the absence of bleeding, Prostaglandin analogues such as misoprostol may be required to cause bleeding and cramps.

I would suggest you to visit your gynecologist to examine and determine whether misoprostol is to be administered orally or vaginally and ensure complete evacuation of uterine contents to prevent any sepsis.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
