What Causes Scanty Menstrual Periods?

i am 28 yrs and i have been having scanty bloods instead of my normal period since April. i went to see my doctor and he asked if milk has been coming out of my breast but i said no so he squeezed hard and milk came out. Doctor what is wrong with me and what tests should i do and how whatever is wrong with me be treated. by the way my breast is a bit heavy as if i am about to have my menses and i had an abortion in April last year.
